I have a frozen apple crumble and also have frozen potato beurekas . What’s best way to reheat? I Never remember if I’m supposed to let defrost and then heat or heat when frozen . Covered uncovered? Don’t want it to be soggy ..tia

In general, heating when from a frozen state is tricky as the outside can be cooked before the inside.
For the apple crumble, I would defrost and then reheat in the oven. Depending on how well done the crumbs are, I might cover for a while so they don't get too brown but I would uncover at some point so they get crispy and not soggy from being uncovered.
I would probably thaw the bourekas as well but how I reheat would depend on how I cooked them as this isn't a food I cook. I use to freeze my blintzes and then thaw and saute in the pan with butter. With some dumplings, might steam in the microwave oven so they are moist.

I would heat the potato borekas from frozen to avoid them going soggy.
Apple crumble you can do either way defrost then heat or heat from frozen.
