Absolute "needs"?

One large meat pot -- for soups, etc.
One meat saucepan
One meat frying pan

One milk saucepan
One milk frying pan

One cookie sheet each, milk and meat

Spatulas and wooden spoons, meat and milk
Soup ladle, meat only (probably)
Measuring cup, 1 each, meat and milk
Measuring spoons, meat and milk

Can opener (mine is always parve)
Corkscrew

One sharp knife each, milk and meat.
One cutting board each, milk and meat

1 set pyrex bowls, to be divided among milk and meat -- they can be used for mixing and for cooking

CYLOR, but you can probably cover your blech with foil.

Something to cover your counters

plastic cover for table

Milk and meat sink inserts if you have only one sink https://www.bedbathandbeyond.c.....Pwa=1

sink stopper

Serving spoons

Really really good things to have

Pour over coffee maker

Hot water urn (CYLOR as to whether you can use your year round one)

Hand mixer

Food processer (or small food chopper)

Nice seder plate

Wine glasses

Luxuries I love

Instant pot

Things to consider:
Bins for doing dishes, sponges, scrubbies
Ice cube trays
Kasher kosos
I recommend the counter tape--for me it's superior
Buy a tall straight sided plastic container and make your hand mixer into a stand mixer!
Ziploc bags

Chag kasher v'sameach!

I don't have where to store much pesach supplies & I've been making pesach for years with the following:
Crockpot
Hot plate
Meat frying pan
Meat 10 quart pot
Meat 6 quart pot
Milk frying pan
Peeler
3 knives
Silverware
Hand grater
Hand blender
Wooden spoon
Serving spoon
Ladle
These are just the items needed for cooking. For pesach in general you need to add:
Paper goods
Counter covers
Silver foil
Washcup for sink
Hot water urn
Broom & dustpan
Dish soap
Dish sponge
קערה

A ke'arah, and mine needs little bowls on top to hold each thing (can use glass or clear plastic).
If you plan to freeze stuff, disposable containers, covers.
A good knife to slice roasts.
A chicken scissors is way faster than a knife, although not an absolute necessity.
If you make crepes for blintzes or to use as soup noodles, a crepe pan with tiny sides makes the job much easier, although again, not a necessity.
New oven mitts.
