Can these shorts be worn for shabbos for a 4 year old?

I would use solid white belt. have a blue short sleeve sweater.
if not, do you know where I can get dress shorts under $20?

I don't know that much about boys fashion since I don't actually have any sons but these definitely look like they can be used for shabbos to me. Especially if paired with a nice top.

Thank you for taking the poll and/or posting comment. I should have added into the poll whether you live in town or OOT
either way seems to be most agree fine for shabbos. white shorts are so not practical they get dirty so fast seems wasteful to overspend. do the $50 ones wash better, or you are paying for the 'look'?
