For pesach get whatever is on sale unless you are using it instead of a regular oven.

If money is no object, get an air fryer / toaster oven.

Are you looking to bake brownies, cookies or tall sponge cakes.
Do you want space for 1 or 2 9x13

I have this one and love it. It fits one 9x13 and bakes pretty well. This brand makes one similar that also has an air fryer if you want.

Same here. My oven is not self clean so I need to buy a toaster/convection oven.

Looking for something with two racks if possible.

I'm looking for a decently priced countertop oven as well that can fit a 9*13. Preferably to bake everything from cakes to kugels and chicken. I already checked Macy's and Belk and didn't find anything. Will iyH update if I find something reasonable (unless someone else posts first, of course!)

Planning to do some more research tonight

Plug Ins is not far from you and they have a nice selection. Go take a visit to their store.

I have a hamilton beach one that fits 2 9x13s but I find that one of them doesn’t cook fully, burns, etc so if it’s something sensitive I can only do one pan at a time anyway. Just something to keep in mind.

I have a Cuisinart Convection Toaster oven and I like it. It cooks "real" food pretty well but I don't think it would fit a 13" pan. It fits a 12" frozen pizza.

It does have limitations as it doesn't really bake cakes and cookies that well. I suspect it's because you need the larger oven size for proper circulation of air. I only use it if I want to bake a few cookies from frozen cookie balls that I have stashed.

If money is no object, the counter top oven to get is a Breville.

Bingo started having them on sale today. I don’t know about the quality.
If it’s just for warming up food, I’m sure whatever you get is fine since it’s just for a few days. If it’s for baking then it’s probably best to invest in a good quality oven that bakes well.
My mother has a counter top convection oven. I think it bakes better than a toaster oven but is more expensive.

I’m in the market for one for chametz so doing research.

** I don’t own this one but it looks like will fit 2 9x13
It’s more expensive then standard toaster.

https://www.walmart.com/ip/Ham.....=true

The timer in this one has an always on setting which most don’t have. I wonder if it would work to leave on a Wall timer on yom tov to turn on so you can stick in food.

I have an oster convention oven now that is discontinued that fits 2 9x13. It’s a great thing to have.

Bingo has 6 slice convection oven for $35. Those typically can fit a 9x13 but you’d have to make sure.

This is the one that I have that doesn’t seem to bake two pans evenly at the same time.

Thanks for the info.
The oster I have now for chametz doesn’t either. So I switch around in middle or use top for baking and bottom for warming.

I don’t know that any will bec they are so small.

I have this. I haven't tried baking cakes in it but it fits two round pizzas and bakes them well.
