Where would be the best place to advertise a house for Rent in Tom's River.
Is there a market at all for long term rentals?

Yes there is a market and barely any available. I looked at masa umatan, and I joined some whatsapp rental groups when I was looking.

Can anyone give me any idea what a 5 bedroom /4 bqth (4000 sf )house can go for ? A few houses down from shul, no pool ?

Check the masa u'matan listing. Anything in Lakewood is pretty close to a shul, and you can just check how many beds and baths there are.

I posted my apartment rental on a new FREE website, lakewood ezrental. I literally had to take down my posting within an hour- it was rented that fast- that's how few rentals there are available. My advice would be to look at other listings in your area or homes that are comparable in size and charge the going rate.
