This is our first and I'm wondering if our 4 month old is teething? Dc was drooling a lot since two months. By 3 months Dc was exploring everything with mouth and sucking, but I know that's normal regardless of teething.

Now when going to sleep Dc sometimes whines and turns head from side to side alternating hands to suck on until finally going to sleep. Dc also recently started rolling to tummy and sleeping there so I'm not sure if this is just getting used to sleeping on tummy or possibly teething.

Are these normal baby gums or do these look like teeth may be coming? (I know that babies can also teeth for months before seeing anything, but I'm just wondering what this looks like to more experienced parents.)

It's blurry but it doesn't look like teething to me, it looks more like thrush.
