Bone in chicken pieces
No processed products
No sugar

Orange juice, thinly sliced onion and grated carrots. Salt. That’s all. It’s not sweet but the juice gives it flavor.

Saute onions (and mushrooms if you use). Season, add white wine. Reduce, let cool.
Season chicken (you can drizzle with wine first), spread onions on top, freeze.
