I was never into these themes, but just reading some of the ideas here makes me want to try doing something cool this year.
DD has a little mermaid costume, so I guess I'll build around that. Any ideas what will go together?

if you live near amazing savings they have fish shaped crystal plates, maybe you could put stuff on that, or make an ocean environment, jelly fish, chocolate rocks on the bottom.
