Where’s the beef?
Rabbi Yitzchak Schochet
The organisation has dropped “Hatorah” from its name and apparently promotes Judaism more in terms of universalist values than of commandments and halachah — Jewish law.

here in AZ it's Aish Hatorah - http://www.aztorah.com/
that's why, motek, I don't' take those articles seriously, not because they are a joke but because the real goal of such articles is 'to promote my organization by comparing/putting down other organization/business". mostly, nothing to do with reality but a pr tactic.

And if you look at the link Roza listed, hmmmm - in their offerings, they don't seem to be afraid to talk about yiddishkeit either.

Chavamom and others - What Aish or Aish Ha'Torah might do in other parts of the world or even by Rabb Schiff himself was not the issue here and not what Rabbi Shochet responded to. He was responding to an article.
Rabbi Schiff may have had ulterior motives for saying what he said (as Roza thinks) but what he actually said, was printed (as far as we know Rabbi Schiff did not complain to say he was misquoted).

As far as you know. Maybe he complained and his complaint was moderated out of existence.

quite possibly
so all that we can discuss, if we so choose, is what was actually written

I was responding to the earlier comment that 'some kiruv organiztions are afraid of the G-word' as well as Rabbi Schochet's joke about 'just talk about Yiddishkeit'.
