Glad to help! It's definitely smaller than a 5lb kugel. I think I use approximately 4 big Idaho potatoes.

Okay guys. My husband brought a toaster oven for this year. We tried the kugel in a pan last year and it was absolutely disgusting LOL.

is the baking process different from a regular oven? I assume I can use my regular recipe, but I guess it will be done faster.

What oils can we use for potato kugel? (No canola oil during pesach)

I wanted to make yapchik but really want that toaster oven to be pareve. Or is it better to make it meaty?
