It took me 45 min. I clean one or two shelves a month to upkeep it. My shelves come out easily - for pesach I washed them in the bath and rinsed with shower cuz sink wldnt be big enough. And put on plastic shelf liners I left one shelf empty with “chametz” milk and few items. I didn’t do the freezer yet that’s a diff story
