Does anyone know of any brand of almond milk kosher for Passover, but that is made so that there are no other nuts in the plant or whatever it is, made such a way to make sure there was no risk of cross-contamination with other nuts?

Call Gefen and Lieber's to find out about cross contamination. They both have KLP almond milk.

You can make it yourself. Soak white almonds in water for a day or two, blend them and drain them through a cheese cloth or something like that. For a thickener you can literally use potato starch.
