Im looking for a recipe for not Gebrokt Pineapple Muffins or Kugel.
or Carrot/Pineapple Muffins or Kugel
I prefer recipes Imas have made.
I searched here and I didnt find any recipes for Pineapple or Carrot/Pineapple Kugel or Muffins.

Carrot Muffins
8 eggs
1 cup honey
2 cups oil
4 tsp cinnamon
4 tsp vanilla extract
4 cups almond flour
8 carrots, grated (the small ones - from the package)
2 cups blended pineapple (1 can pineapple, drained and blended)
Blend eggs and honey in white bowl from Bosch mixer.
Add oil, cinnamon, vanilla, almond flour, grated carrots, and blended pineapple.
Bake at 350 until done.
Yay! I can hardly wait to make them myself for Pesach. |

There’s an excellent pineapple pie in Passover made easy. One recipe makes 2 pies.
