most trendy shoes are daintier. a narrow foot should fit into a dai tier shoe. any foot that is not dainty to me is unfit for a shabbos shoe. However for a kid.with a big instep I would put it on till until 4 or 5. my 5.5 half year old would know the difference but by partly because she has older siblings. in notvabout it being a mary jane style its about it being a delicate looking shoe

another question is the color. in town would not where white tights with black shoes. either light color knee socks or sheer tight. If it comes in white or other light color thats way better than black
