Second cut brisket please

Help me use my second cut brisket. Easy recipe in crock pot or stove top pot? Please using basic ingredients

Slice onions on bottom
2 C bbq sauce
1 C red wine
Whatever spices you want. I do salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, and I grate a little ginger in. You can grate garlic in if u don’t use powder.

I cook it in the crockpot until I can shred it, but you can take it out earlier if you want it as a roast.

Salt
Pepper
Coffee
Brown sugar
Sprinkle salt and pepper
Rub with equal parts coffee and brown sugar
Let cook/bake for an hour per lb on low.
Delicious and easy!

Step by step directions that will put in crockpot with easy ingredients. No sauces please

Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sauté 6 onions sliced thinly and spread over roast. Pour 1 cup dry red wine over roast. Bake tightly covered at 350 for 3 hours.

Saute carrots parsnips onions and some other root veg. Then sear the meat over the veggies. Then add a bit of chicken soup or water. Cover tighly. I baked for 4 or 5 hours. So u let it stay in the crockpot. When done blend all veggies . was very good and pretty soft . we dont use much ing for pesach. This was solid and healthy.

Forgot to write rub some salt and pepper into the roast.

Sauté a bunch of onions put half in crockpot pot save half for on top. Sprinkle brisket w drop of sugar braise in pan of onions for about 3 min a side. Put on top sautéed onions add the rest on top cover w 2 cups of red wine cook for about 4-5 hours on high
