When do I say Baruch hamavdil Ben Kodesh le kodesh? Before I light the match from the pre existing flame?

You light before the seder.
and you say baruch hamavdil bein kodesh the kodesh when you do other things like wash dishes.

Before doing anything for yom tov, e.g. setting table, preparing food, you have to wait until sha bbos is over and say baruch hamavdil bein kodesh lekodesh.
You also can't prepare on first day for second day of YT and med to wait until one day is over to begin prep for next Seder etc, but no baruch hamavdil.

You could light candles after baruch hamavdil. Many light just before seder.

when you light both nighte, need to get fire from preexisting flame (can't strike a match), so from a yshrzeit candle or burner that's been left on

Havdalah is going to be a part of kiddush first seder.

We don’t do havdala the usual way.
Dh says certain things at shul during maariv.
You’re home but you want to officially accept on yourself that Shabbos is over and the next day started so you can do melacha permissible on Yom Tov. You might have dishes to wash and you want to set the table for the Seder. (Setting a table - putting out seder plate, dishes, haggadas, doesn’t involve melacha but you’re not allowed to do it on Shabbos because you can’t do anything on Shabbos for the next day. Same on Yom Tov, you can’t do anything on Sunday to prepare for second day Yom Tov on Monday.) You say baruch hamavdil bein kodesh lekodesh at the time Shabbos ends (night begins, three stars, check time where you are). Some women light candles for yom tov at this time, many wait until men come home and light before kiddush. Make sure you light from an existing flame because you can’t strike a match.
During kiddush we say part of havdala to signify Shabbos is over - you’ll find it in your haggada. We say borei meorei haeish on a flame. There’s no need for besamim.

Havdala is during kiddush at the Seder, it's called a
YaKNaHaZ
Stands for the order of brachos at kiddush of a Yom tov that is also Motzoei Shabbos.
Yayin - wine first make the Bracha hagafen

Kiddush - Bracha of Kiddush of Yom tov, ki vanu vacharta...

Ner - Bracha meorei ha'esh - said looking at the yon tov candles

Havdalah - Bracha hamavdil.

Zman- make Bracha Shehechiyanu.

So it's basically kiddush as usual but before Shehechiyanu make bracha meorei ha'esh and Havdalah.
