Hi guys. Anyone know if I can freeze a package of broiled chicken liver for the 2nd days? We bought it now because they usually don't have on chol hamoed.

I've done it before, freeze it uncooked otherwise it will be really dry.

I like to buy the vacuum packed. If I don't find, I buy regular packed and I feeeze it. It becomes a bit crumby but it's very good.

I froze it and sautéed one package that I defrosted. It is a bit grainy and crumbly . But it’s not the end of the world

Thanks! I guess I have to serve it warm second days so it's less crumbly or make it into chopped liver.
