I made this one for first days and it was delicious. I froze it with no problem and warmed it in my oven before serving.
1 c orange juice
1/2 c sugar
1 T potato starch dissolved in 1/4 c cold water
1 t salt
1/4 c red wine
2 T oil
1 t garlic
Combine ingredients in a saucepan, bring to simmer and stir over medium heat for 5-10 minutes until slightly thickened
Lay flanken roast over a bed of sliced onions. Pour sauce on top. Cover tightly and bake at 300 for 4 1/2 hours.
