If you’re talking about production values, the sound mixing in the Lev Tahor albums and the Schweibel one (sorry forgot the name) is really exceptional and a cut above most Jewish music (and, I might even venture, a lot of secular stuff too.)

Country is unfortunately a neglected genre in Jewish music. Other than the one song on the last journeys album I can’t think of any, which is a crying shame!
