I use microwaveable hot packs for my migraines in general. Any ideas how I could heat these up on Shabbos/YT? I'm worried they would burn if I put them on a hot plate but maybe not? Or, any ideas what else I could use (not ice packs! Doesn't work for me...)?
I'm talking about this type of thing: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B0.....MZN3K

My dd uses hot water bottles. On yom tov we boil water to fill. If she thinks she will need on Shabbos I’ll fill 2 thermoses in advance. We could also use urn water if needed.
She uses it for pain management and finds it very soothing.

If you have an urn you can fill a hot water bottle with hot water. Use a kli shishi so you don't pour boiling water in it.

Another vote for hot water bottle. In a pinch I've put a folded washcloth into a plastic bag, poured hot water in it and wrapped that to use

Doesn't that get rather soggy?
And how long does it stay hot for?
