Seriously... ANYONE have any idea what to do with this stuff? Google isn't even helping. The website has no recipes. The can has one recipe on it that calls for marzipan and other stuff I don't have or want.

This is from Amazon. Looks like it's interchangeable with regular!

Yes! Here is a mezonos chocolate chip cookie muffin recipe that I make every year! Delicious, and doesn’t taste like a chocolate chip kneidel.
1 C oil
2 eggs
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c white sugar
1 c cake meal
3/4 c potato starch
1 tsp baking soda
Chocolate chips, measure it with your heart
Mix and fill up greased muffin tins, bake on 325 for about 30 min
It’s also my minhag to make hamburger buns for a special chol hamoed bbq, but yt is over so I doubt u need those! Lemme know if you want the recipe anyway.
