Yes but I would suggest getting those paper rolls and stuffing them first It actually might make a good project if there are any kids you know that are bored

It depends on the bank. Some will only take coins pre-rolled, others will take them loose. You may want to call ahead to double check first.

In Israel you cannot do this. The bank will not accept it

I went to Food Emporium to do this at their machine. You dump the coins in and it gives you a total which the cashier will give you in cash. Note it takes a fee for this service.
