Does anyone know when stores get their new shipment of all the foods like crackers, pasta, beans, cereal etc that ppl stop buying about 3 weeks before peach? I like to stock up on fresh chometz. Not ones that have been sitting on stores shelves...

All year long, you're buying stuff that sat on the shelves, either in the store or in a warehouse. And it's fine. Most of these foods can last a long time.

Please be more location and product specific. Where in the world are you inquiring about? And are you asking about heimish products or not? Like others said, heimish items will have a sticker. regular items were made ages ago (like most of the matza we buy which started production on isru chag sukkos).

Depends on the specific store owner and distributer.
