I don't know yet. TMI warning, but undigested matzo is still in there somewhere.

BH I didn’t gain anything!! That could possibly be explained by the fact that I didn’t really eat much....I am an emotional stress starver, not an emotional eater.

I’m a stress eater, but I guess both ways are not good

None. I eat pretty much the same way on Pesach as I do during the rest of the year.

From Pesach to Succos I lost 23 lbs
From Succos to Pesach I gained back 11
I'm still trying to get my pantry and fridge stocked up and the kids back on a schedule, but once that happens my diet/exercise routine must start over.
I want to start TTC soon but I need to get those pounds off first.
It's so hard!!!

You didn't "gain back" those pounds. You gained those pounds, which makes it all the more important that you lost the weight before, or else you would weigh much more in total.

I’m not sure. My body has its happy weight. If I eat normally I rarely go above that weight. If I’m very careful I can loose and stay there but can’t eat normal or I’ll go back up.

I used to lose around 3 lbs every Pesach because I’m a super picky eater and would just starve the whole week.
Since I started making Pesach 2 years ago, the most I’ve lost was only 1 lb!

Yes, exactly the same for me!
That is why I 100% consider it "gaining back"
