By wet diaper, you know the line changes colors when it's peed on - even if it doesn't seem wet she could be wetting it?

At this age you should be waking her to eat every three hours, not waiting for her to wake up.

Good point! Modern diapers really pull the moisture away from the surface, so she might be peeing and the diaper will still feel dry to the touch.
Have you had a session with a lactation consultant yet?
Definitely drink tons of water, and nurse as often as you can, even if she seems sleepy or uninterested. Pump whenever she's napping, to really get your supply up.
If you end up needing to supplement or completely rely on formula, you are NOT a failure! You are a good mom for doing what is best for your baby.

My pediatrician told me- for the first 5-7 days until the milk is in properly, put a tissue in the diaper covering the private area. A wet diaper is if the tissue gets damp or yellow-streaked. Remove tissue, put new tissue in. There should be a damp or yellow tissue 6-8 times in a 24 hour period.
Stop using the tissue when the diaper itself gets soaked and the tissue becomes unnecessary.
