Norm to lower end. Price really depends on the size and condition of the house. Many take $8k-$10k for 1/2 a summer.

We were looking into buying brand new winterized for around $250K. You can even find for around $200K.

Winterized means that it's properly insulated and has heating and the house can be used year round. It's a regular house vs. a bungalow is just a wooden house with no insulation or heating. Most people that own a summer home spend many shabbosim and yomim tovim there year round.

I know someone paying close to 15k taxes. She has a big unit and in a location that is a village within a town so much more taxes. 200k is starting for new smaller units close together. You need to look at the size when deciding if its a good deal.
