Norm to lower end. Price really depends on the size and condition of the house. Many take $8k-$10k for 1/2 a summer.

We were looking into buying brand new winterized for around $250K. You can even find for around $200K.

You need to factor in the taxes and maintenance, some places are more expensive than others. prices start at 200k for winterized.

Winterized means that it's properly insulated and has heating and the house can be used year round. It's a regular house vs. a bungalow is just a wooden house with no insulation or heating. Most people that own a summer home spend many shabbosim and yomim tovim there year round.

Depends on the size and location. I know someone paying close to 15k taxes. She has a big unit and in a location that is a village within a town so much more taxes. 200k is starting for new smaller units close together. You need to look at the size when deciding if its a good deal.
