For most of my adult life I’ve been 14 kilos overweight minus or plus a few pounds. Should I just come to terms with it that this is what my weight is or should I try to tackle the weight AGAIN. I’ve been on every diet under the sun and always eventually gained back every thing.

I dress well and don’t give a very overweight impression.

I'd just leave it. A little fat is pretty. (Depending where it is)
But if you want to lose weight in the abdomen, take walks.

I actually do a lot of exercise. I walk a couple of miles 3 times a week and I go on my treadmill every day. I do it more for the health benefits than losing weight.

If it's just for looks I say leave it and see how it goes.
The losing gaining cycle is harder on the body than overweight. Many medical studies found that overweight slightly is healthier than normal or skinny. (Not obese).
Stick to eating normally without stress and exercise

Is 14 kilos considered a little weight?
I also need to lose 14 kilos but my BMI is considered obese.
Do you eat healthy, unprocessed real food.
