I work in a school and got a $175 gift certificate to a fancy clothing store. In the past they have given gc to a grocery store, but bh I don't work for the money and I'm not comfortable taking money for groceries. I sort of feel that is tzedakkah and I don't need it. The clothing store is a luxury I wouldn't get otherwise so I'm ok taking it. I don't know if they still give the other teachers gc to grocery in addition or instead of the clothing.

This year my husband got a bonus- a full box service for 100 disposable china/silver plastic ware. Plates, cups, bowls, small plates, etc.
We really appreciated the originality and it was so practical.

I don't get a bonus before pesach specifically but I work for a family member who gives random bonuses all year. Around chanukah I got 300 Amazon gift card in addition. Before pesach they pay for our car to get cleaned which is really appreciated.
I also just had a baby and got paid maternity leave. I also dont have a set amount of vacation days etx and can take off when I want to usually so I went away pesach and was paid the whole time.

Yes but here in israel it's normal. We get a bonus for rosh hashanah and pesach. We used to get gift cards but they changed it a couple years ago to money. It's always very much appreciated. Last year we got higher than normal due to covid however this pesach they gave the regular amount. Amount given is based on years at the company

We also get paid over yt (though we have no other paid time off, not sick or vacation or legal holidays). And also no dec- January bonus.

Wow I see my boss is so generous! I got 2500 now for Pesach and got about the same maybe bit more for sukos. Granted I am one of the more veteran higher paid employees so I prob got a higher end amount...(.1800+ salary for part time job so it's about a week and a half pay....) I used to take them for granted and kind of expect it already....😔

Wow, I never heard of this!!
I got $100 for working about 8 extra hours (I'm salaried, not paid by the hour) before Pesach and then don't get paid the week we're off for Pesach 
Dh works for a secular company, so didn't get anything. He got $500 in December

Wow never heard of this! My husband works full time and has never gotten any bonuses, he is in healthcare. I work PRN, also healthcare and have never received any bonuses including when I worked full time and part time.
