Thanks! What size pan do you use? I’ve been looking for a small size kugel recipe anyway.

Sorry. Didn't realize you might not have a recipe to begin with.

I don't make this recipe but my smallest size I make is a 5X7 foil pan using 5 potatoes. And as I said, I use same recipe when doing in frying pan.

5 potatoes
4 eggs
1 tbsp salt
Btwn a 1/4 and 1/2 a cup oil
Btwn a 1/4 and 1/2 a cup water

I have to make this every year or there will be rebellion amongst the troops. This year, my niece and her mom came to my apartment building for a contact-free pickup. The fact that the leftovers were reserved made it possible for me to not eat the whole thing. It's that good!

These blondies were really good.
https://betweencarpools.com/no.....-pan/

And a yearly favorite is potato starch shnitzel pieces warmed up in hot and spicy bbq sauce. Taste like hot poppers.

No - the other one. Sauteed onions, cranberry sauce, and onion soup mix.
