It's the only store brand with jam filling that doesn't list food coloring like Red #40, etc. in the ingredients.
They legally have to list all ingredients.

Has Stern's found other Red jams? OR do they just not list it?

Store brand meaning as opposed to bakery brands?

I bought a box of hamantashen without realizing it had food coloring.
We were only able to give the kids the apricot ones which didn't have any coloring.

If they don't list it, it means there isn't any.
If I'm not sure, I go with apricot and poppy.

So what more can you do to find out? I think they don't have to list something that is below a certain percentage of all the ingredients. I don't know how you can know, though.
