How can I warm up a roast if I don't have the juice? Oven or stovetop is fine.

Anything, just so the bottom doesnt get burned. Water, juice, add some sauce, really, anything you feel like.

You can thin your favorite sauce with some hot water, pour over, cover and bake until heated through.

Wrap it in tinfoil so that it steams as it heats. I had some leftover lamb and it reheated beautifully.
