I ordered a ton of Jelly (jam for those Brits on here!) from our nearby Kosher Shop to enable me to make the hundreds of Hamantashen necessary for Purim. I didn't specify which make, just the flavor (my fault, I know!)
Well, they sent me this jelly that is really thin. It tastes fine, we use it all year round for sandwiches, but I have experimented, and it just leaks out when I try to bake it.
Sending it back is not an option, since it's a 2 hour drive each way, so I have to make it work. Does anyone have any suggestions of a way to thicken it? If it makes any difference the flavors are strawberry and apricot.

You can add cornstarch or even flour to the jelly to thicken it. I did that last year. Sorry, but I don't know amounts though.
