I have four children age 3,5,6,8 that sleep together. I know it’s not ideal and would love to be able to change it but as things are now this is what it is.
Until pesach the younger two went to sleep at seven and were asleep by the time the two older came at eight, however ever since yom tov things are nutty with no one sleeping before nine the earliest and me being busy with bed time from 6:30. I can’t do this anymore and need a new plan anyone?!?

The question without anyone knowing your family is why not before 9? Wouldn't they be back to waking up early for school and exhausted by bed time?
Without fully understanding your situation one thing I do is put one kid into my bed to sleep, she loves it and falls asleep quickly. I pick her up and move her once she's asleep. This might help separate kids if necessary

Not in one bed but in same bedroom on two separate bunk beds.
They end up talking and one coughs so it bothers the next and they end up being up until after nine latley. For some reason they aren’t exhausted enough to fall asleep right away. Yeah some of them I am waking up in the morning at eight to hurry and get dressed for their bus.

Did you try a white noise machine to block out some of the noise? I have 4 in one room too and I find it a huge help!

Give it another week
Pesach threw everyone for a loop
Should be easier next week
