I am just switching from reg flour to white spelt flour. Does anyone have any recipes for me to bake for my kids that won't be too heavy or dense. Or anything tried and true that's delish?

Use any recipe and substitute for equal amounts. I promise you won't feel any difference.
If anything, I think my spelt baked goods are even better than reg. Seriously!
