Wow they literally sell bags explicitly for challah! I’m always amazed by the range of Jewish products there are in NY. They definitely don’t sell those here.
Anyone have any suggestions for the labne?

That’s what I do, too. I cut it into 3-4 parts and bag each and put all, but one in one big bag. As the one in the fridge gets low, I take out another one.
