Going to be in Las vegas as a base for a road trip. Looking for a nice place to eat a brunch on the day we get there, and dinner on the day we leave.

Any recommendations for a place that is open and the food is good?

Also, when booking a hotel room, are there hotels I should stay clear off (in the context of exposure to 'sin city'...)
