I’m trying to switch to a kosher phone without letting go of my WhatsApp. I have two options:
A. Kosher phone with WhatsApp and Waze.
B. Kosher phone with no apps + keep my iPhone to use at home.
Has anyone gone through the same struggle?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

My husband and I have kosher phones. We have a smart phone for waze. Keep it at home switched off, and take it with when we need it in the car. Don't even know it's phone number.

For adults splurge on the kosher phone with the apps. Its not just waze. They let apps for banking and parking through too. Just more practical. And on the flip side with no extra phone at home you will not be tempted to use it for other stuff ever or risk a child getting hold of it.

It's a Motorola. I bought a regular smartphone and Tag put the gentech filter on it.

I think the KosherOS phone (Cellcom) can get whatsapp but I'm not sure.
FTR, I have a kosher phone, and a heavily filtered pc.

Serious question. What's the point of having both, a smartphone (at home) and a kosher phone?

The kosher os, safe telecom
Has different options. I believe it's $25 to get whatsapp. (most of their options are for a group of apps, but whatsapp is separate)

Why not just use your regular phone and not download apps that you think aren't kosher? Isn't that what a "kosher" phone is?

They generally don't have internet access. If they do, it's filtered.

I have this. One for business, one for personal.
Best decision.
I can lead my life calmly, setting boundaries for my work not interfering with my life.

| No, you bring it to tag and they use iPhone parental controls to block you from anything you shouldn’t be using. Kosher as in kosher phone, not kosher food.
