It seems some things are getting ruined and I can’t figure out why. Some floor mats , soft blankets, linens on some of my kids clothing some black hard stuff go on it. Or the soft mats for bathroom aren’t soft anymore, u step on it and it feels hard pieces. What is going on. It’s ruined a lot of things. I was separately, I know temperature setting, is it something with my washer or drier
