I see that Chic Lingerie has lots of clothing, even though they have lingerie as well. They have all kinds of black skirts and tons of tops. I got a Shabbos top a couple of days ago on the sale rack. Natalie's also has some stuff and it's right next to Chic Lingerie.
I also got a decent looking black top at Walmart to wear over a shell and I like those Sunday sales at Stolin Hall that they advertise in the community connection.
The sales girl at Chic Lingerie is really helpful and I see Chassidishe ladies there and at Natalie's all the time. Of course the Chassidishe ladies buy at Stolin Hall.

I saw Elzee had some shabbos wear in black, or metallic, in different styles, trendy yet classy. Some would look flattering for larger sizes too. Like tunics, doulman tops.

Newer trends too like printed green dresses etc.

I would go to the local Jewish store with a helpful saleswoman and start there. I think Malls and online shopping are so much more confusing.

I would get a few of these jcrew sweaters and then pair them with interesting skirts. They are super thin cotton and very comfortable.

I know some people who would wear that but not most. I don't really think it's in style, it's just not terribly out of style either. (It's a specific type)
