What is the current trend for aunts and cousins at a wedding? Long or short?

Depends if you're older/younger, fancier/simpler... My yeshivish, simple married aunts wore Shabbos clothing to my wedding (as did their girls). My younger and trendier aunts wore long straight gown dresses.

In town, yeshivish now:
Cousins and aunts close to the age of the kallah are very frequently wearing long. Not a must though.

It depends on the family and community. We wear fancy occasion wear, fancier than regular shabbos but not long.

Depends what the Kallah wants. I would only wear long if the Kallah asked for it.
(I'm not an aunt FTR, no married siblings on either side yet, but I did wear long to a first cousin's wedding when she specifically requested it.9

I'm in my low 40s. My niece is getting married soon. The 2 families are very close. She asked me to wear a gown and asked me to have my girls (little) to also wear gowns. I am happily complying.
