I know there are different types of facials and some are really beneficial and some are snake oil. What is really worth it and how long before and event is good to get one? Right now my skin is doing fine, not too many breakouts but I want to keep it that way.

I do my facials at lala lipstick in boro park they have some fantastic options
usually go with a deep clean every so often but by simchas I do hydronic which rubs off the outer skin layer so that the scars fade as well
