I’m a young mom. I randomly hear of people that have been taking parenting courses for years and I’m jealous! I want the advice and guidance... I’m making this up as I go along! Any ideas? Nothing expensive please. Can’t do anything in person either since I live OOT
TIA:)

And I want a course. Not tips/advice

Courses are expensive. The start off by reading some books.

Siblings without rivalry

Aren’t people always taking parenting classes? Books are very hard for me to get through. I don’t believe there’s nothing out there.

They're all a couple hundred dollars (at least).

I think Blimie Heller's is the most worthwhile though:

It seems like you can only book a private coaching session

What do you want to pay, and what skills do you want to learn?

I don’t like reading books.
And courses are expensive.

But this was very very important to me so I saved a bit each month and took Blimie Heller’s class. When I saw how much it enriched me I invested in another class.

One 45 minute session of therapy is $250. The courses were around $350. I am happy I did it.

I also just came across something that looked great - targeted parenting by Dr Tziporah/Robyn Koslowitz. I don’t remember the details but I think she does a parenting course?
