I've never rented an RV before. We're planning a (approx) 2 week trip through the states with 4 kids ages 2-9. Does anyone have any tips? I dont know where to start. We are adventurous and want to explore nature and spend quality time with them. Have u done something like this? Any advice? Where did u go? For how long?

We do this almost every summer, for 2-3 weeks, though usually we drive or rent a minivan rather than an RV. We've covered most of the US by now and the kids love it. It can feel overwhelming, so try to narrow it down to 2-3 options and then research them a little more until you settle on one.
Deciding where you'll spend Shabbos is also very important; we often start with that and then work backward from there. If you can drive at night and/or early in the morning when kids are sleeping, it will allow you to spend more time actually doing activities during the day when they're awake. Many places will still be closed or restricted this summer due to COVID, so make sure you make any necessary reservations in advance.
Since you'll have an RV, try to bring as much food as possible so your kids can have what they enjoy eating and you won't have to spend as much time grocery shopping during your vacation. If you'll be in or near a city with a kosher restaurant, that can be a nice treat. Bring DVDs and/or books or games that the kids can play to pass time while you're driving.

Do you live in central US? Otherwise it would be hard to cover most of the US.
My dream is a road trip to Montana but it would take 3 days of driving each way just to get there.
