Can anyone recommend tips for a vacation in Maine this summer? What's there to do? Do they have a Minyan? Is anyone planning to go post Covid (summer)? I heard there is a kosher bed and breakfast, has anyone stayed there?

Acadia NP is beautiful, but there's no minyan in the area. You can check Portland and Old Orchard Beach, which are far away, and possibly Bangor (about 1 hour away). I have no experience with the B&B, but I believe it's https://www.shorepathcottage.com/ - definitely call before booking to ask about the kosher status and whether it's currently under a reliable hashgacha.

Shore path cottage the kosher b&b looks like they’re only renting out to groups for a week at a time. Disappointing, because we’ve been wanting to go for a while
