We bought a house that came with a hot tub in the backyard. I can’t help with install details but we’re really happy with the model that we have.
It’s from https://www.hotspring.com/
Just a note: they’re really expensive to run. And very hard to winterize as well. We have to set the water temp to 50-60 when it’s not in use in the winter. (We use it from about April-November time)

Hot tubs are REALLY heavy. Have you had an engineer confirm that your rooftop can handle the weight? If you're wrong, the consequences could be disastrous.
