I bought it cuz it's something different. Now I have no idea what to do with it. Delicious and kid friendly. TIA.

I breaded it like schnitzel and then fried it. Baked it afterwards so it was cooked through. It was a hit

Afterward you can make a fresh tomato salsa and pour over it right before serving. Delicious and beautiful.

Pargiot with one drumstick bone semi still attached on the side. Flat dark meat, good for breading.

That's not what I have. Its looks more like a dark chicken roll cut into slices. I have any 5-6 per package. It's says chicken steak on the package. It's pretty big almost like cutlet size.

You have boneless chicken steak
Used the same way as on the bone chicken steak
