The vaccine didn't do anything but after having COVID my cycle was messed up for months. (Staining etc)

It used to be standard that doctors told pregnant woman or women ttc not to take anything unless absolutely necessary. Even proven drugs.
We're so careful what we put into our bodies when pregnant.
Even something that gives you the result u want can cause inflammation in the interim and u want to avoid that with pregnancy.
