I'm trying to think about yom tov already. Wondering if it'll go in a wrap? What sauce would go with it? I prefer to buy something to put the liver in. Or just on a bed of rice?

You can do it with a stacker and form tower with whatever you like potatoes, rice etc.

It's popular with mashed cooked beans.

You can have it over a bread bowl

You can do it over a flaky dough cup

With saute'ed chicken cubes & stir fried veggies.

In a wrap bowl

All these above for sauteed.

For chopped liver...

As a scoop of chopped liver over a bed of lettuce/ some veggies

A row of small scoops aligned with other scoops like egg salad, avocado salad etc. On top of lettuce or in a 3 in a row fancy disposable holder.

Those salads can also be arranged in the spaces of a tic tac toe formed from long thin breadsticks each in different space plus cut up veggies filling the other spaces

Yes I knew that I spelt it wrong, I didn't know the correct spelling. I figured you'd all get the gist. Thanks

Thanks so much!

I just remembered about the placing wraps in oven over something to make a bowl. Does anyone know what to put it in the oven on?

I didn't realize you want it on a buffet, thought plated at setting as appetizer.

For buffet maybe create crosstinis like slicing on an angle, a baguette & baking ( maybe adding oil/garlic or spices) & topping with liver.

If you use wraps you can smear it with chopped liver & roll into flower. Balabuste's choice # 2 has illustrations.

If you do on buffet, the wraps can be cut into smaller pieces/slices on an angle & lined up or the half, cut on an angle, standing upwards.

I meant plated, sorry for confusion. Such good ideas, thank you.

They sell ready ones in grocery already.

If not, you drape them over a overturned round tin like for muffins, or bilkelech.

You can also do wrap triangle chip stuck into the scoop of chopped liver

If you want it to be fancy, whatever you do, you can place in oblong plate & put a salad to the side

lol it was not so hard to figure out what you wanted OP.

You got some pretty good suggestions but I'll add just one more.

Sometimes I make liver the same way as schnitzel. Bread it and fry it. I can't think of anything as unhealthy as breaded and fried liver but it's soooooo good. We don't even eat it with a sauce. But I'm sure if you wanted a mushroom wine sauce would be pretty good.
