I once made one like that - with 2 balls - one above the other.

Making two balls can be alot of work. I would do only one. I thought to make chocolate rum balls instead of the chocolate. And then cover the bottom with something else.

Stunning. BUT Whoever thinks that sticking the Truffles (unless you're working with hard like rock truffles) onto toothpicks will keep them in place, is grossly mistaken. These must have been glued!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!for the photo. They'd be coming off all over the place if they were only attached with toothpicks.

Warm chocolate to stick the sticks into the balls and then let it harden.

I made this once with candies, very pretty but tons of work! it took days! I attacehd it with glue gun, its messy and it takes forever. also, I didnt weigh down the container so they were very unstable
